Health & Well-Being Coaching is a structured partnership between the client and coach aimed at motivating and supporting health behavior change. Coaches are health professionals who act as personal guides, helping clients explore their health concerns and develop strategies for achieving their optimal health vision through inquiry, personal discovery, and accountability. While they assist in building and maintaining healthier habits, Health Coaches are not therapists, dietitians, or fitness trainers. However, they provide resources to help you achieve your goals related to health and wellness.

Duke's Integrative Health and Wellness Coaching process was developed through extensive research and collaboration among healthcare experts, psychologists, and fitness professionals. Through scientific evaluations, it has demonstrated significant improvements in areas such as weight management and stress reduction. This approach prioritizes individual goals by offering personalized support, resulting in lasting changes in health and well-being.
